Brett Guinta – Director of Operations
Brett has been with Creative Concepts since day one.  He assisted Jean-Pierre in taking the company off the ground and has been an instrumental team member ever since.  He brings an extensive background in accounting and business management to CCC. As an avid fitness enthusiast, Brett often enjoys competitive matches of racquetball & squash.  In early 2011 Brett decided to pursue recreational Aviation and hopes to attain his private pilot’s certificate in the very near future. 

 

 

Marie-Anne Reilly – Sales Manager
Marie-Anne Reilly teamed up with CCC in 2001. She has been a great attribute to the team bringing with her over 25 years of fragrance industry, from fragrance evaluation to marketing and sales. Benefiting of her past positions at L’Oréal and Clorox, Marie-Anne understands fully the needs of our clients, and is the perfect liaison between our creative labs and the clients. Marie-Anne resides with her family in the Denver Colorado area.

 

 

Lou Ingoglia – Senior Perfumer      
Lou Ingoglia joined CCC in 2008. With a career of 30 plus years, Lou brings an instrumental knowledge of the art of creating perfumes to the company. His ever positive attitude and creativity are now full part of the success of the perfumery team. Lou’s diversified interests include Broadway plays, musical concerts and spending time with his family.

 

 

Julie Petrov – Junior Perfumer
Julie works as a Junior Perfumer at CCC. She joined the company in 2002 and the rest was history.  Raised in Moscow, Russia, Julie brings with her a diverse and rich culture. She not only brings youth to the team, but a great flair for art and trends in general. Her adventurous spirit and love of travel defines her character.

 

 

Nataly Mikhaylov – Laboratory Manager
Nataly also came to CCC from Moscow, Russia, but not directly, as she joined CCC in 2005. She immigrated to the New York City with her husband in 1999. Nataly’s experience in the financial sector brings a great analytical mind to CCC. Nataly’s love for travel and the great outdoors are a big help into CCC’s quest to master Natural fragrances.

 

 

Anna Tomaszewska – Customer Service Specialist
Anna is your contact in Customer Service. While bringing her experience to CCC, she is also finishing up her degree in Biochemistry at Montclair University. Beside her work, she is extensively involved in the research department at MSU. An avid skier, she is a big fan of Vermont where she spends a lot of time on winter weekends.
